Bachelor's degree or the equivalent. 7+ years of work experience within corporate trust or other securities industry. 5+ years of management experience. Proficient in risk management and compliance procedures. Demonstrated success in analytical decision making and strategic thinking. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain positive working relationships at varying levels. Experience coding payment rules using programming languages such as Python. Ability to build Investor Reports that include distributions to holders and high-level asset level information.
