We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Senior Vice President, Head of Operations Client Service Delivery to join our UK Transfer Agency Operations team. This role is located in Manchester, UK. In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:  * Working with direct reports to ensure excellent service outcomes are maintained across Transfer Agency clients and distributors * Managing client communications and incident management in relation to the Transfer Agency service  * Recruits, directs, motivates and develops staff, maximizing their individual contribution, their professional growth and their ability to function effectively with their colleagues as a team.  * Sets departmental priorities and develops a shared vision and strategy to optimize team execution and performance.   To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:  * Bachelor’s degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
