Description The Senior Vice President of Technology and Innovation is an executive leader responsible for shaping and executing the Credit Union’s technology vision in alignment with our mission, values, and strategic plan. This role ensures that our technology ecosystem — including software development, digital channels, integrations, and enterprise platforms — strengthens the member experience while maintaining safety, soundness, and regulatory integrity. As the SVP Technology and Innovation, you will: · Develop and execute a comprehensive technology solutions strategy aligned with enterprise priorities, digital transformation goals, and member-experience objectives. · Serve as a trusted advisor to executive leadership, translating business strategy into scalable and secure technology capabilities. · Champion innovation while balancing operational stability, risk discipline, and long-term sustainability. · Promote Agile and modern engineering practices that increase speed-to-market while protecting quality and governance. · Strengthen integration across core systems, digital channels, and enterprise applications to deliver a seamless member experience. · Partner closely with Information Security, Risk, Compliance, and Audit to embed strong governance and cybersecurity controls across all initiatives. Requirements Education: · Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, engineering, business, or related field; or equivalent experience. Experience: · 10+ years of progressive technology leadership experience. · 5+ years in senior or executive leadership roles, preferably within financial services or another regulated industry. · Demonstrated experience leading complex cross-functional initiatives in a mission-driven organization.
