MUST-HAVE QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Minimum 5 years of professional editing experience in drama, film, or documentary.
  • Mastery of video editing software (e.g., Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, Avid, DaVinci Resolve).
  • Proficient in color grading, sound design, and cinematic editing workflows.
  • Prior experience handling end‑to‑end projects (from concept to final delivery).
  • Excellent project management, time management, and organizational skills.
  • Fluent in both Arabic and English, with the ability to communicate with diverse clients and teams.
  • Track record of consistent professionalism, responsibility, and attention to detail.

ROLE OVERVIEW:

We’re seeking a seasoned Video Editor who brings stories to life, someone who understands rhythm, emotion, and narrative structure, and who excels in drama, film, and documentary formats. If you’re passionate about storytelling, detail-oriented, and thrive in environments where every frame matters.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Edit dramatic and documentary content from raw footage to high-impact final delivery.
  • Perform precise color grading, sound design, and holistic post-production.
  • Collaborate with directors and producers to shape story arcs and emotional beats.
  • Manage A to Z project workflows, including timelines, revisions, and stakeholder feedback.
  • Oversee the editing process through to picture lock and final output.
  • Implement strong project management practices and deliver on time, on brief.
  • Maintain organized file structures, asset backups, and version control.
