Take ownership of the entire video production process: from brainstorming and scripting to shooting, editing, and subtitling. Create engaging, high-quality short-form videos for social media platforms such as TikTok, Instagram Reels, and Facebook Ads. Ensure each video aligns with our brand's aesthetic and storytelling guidelines — a strong portfolio that shows your eye for detail and creativity is a must. Leverage creative tools such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and explore AI-based tools to enhance and streamline production workflows. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, providing leadership and mentorship to junior team members when necessary. Stay ahead of digital trends and platform dynamics, making sure all content is fresh, timely, and high-performing Your Superpowers Proven experience in video editing or content creation, preferably within e-commerce, digital marketing, or similar creative environments.
