The Senior Video Editor is responsible for shaping and delivering best-in-class video and motion content across global marketing channels. This role leads a team of video editors, motion designers, and animators to create compelling, on-brand storytelling that elevates the company’s presence worldwide. You will combine creative vision with hands-on expertise, driving innovation in video while ensuring consistency, quality, and scalability across markets. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Creative Direction & Storytelling Define and lead the global video and motion creative vision Translate brand strategy into engaging video narratives across campaigns and platforms Ensure all video content reflects the brand’s tone of voice—premium, engaging, and human Oversee storyboarding, scripting, editing, and final delivery Team Leadership Lead, mentor, and develop a team of video editors, animators, and motion designers Foster a culture of creativity, collaboration, and continuous improvement Provide constructive feedback and guidance to elevate creative output Manage workload, priorities, and team performance Global Campaign Delivery Partner with global marketing and regional teams to deliver high-impact video campaigns Oversee production of content for digital, social, email, web, and events Ensure video content is optimised for different platforms, formats, and audiences Maintain consistency across global markets while allowing for localisation Production & Execution Oversee end-to-end video production (concept → delivery) Manage internal and external production resources, including freelancers and agencies Ensure efficient workflows, timelines, and budgets Step in hands-on when needed (editing, motion, or creative problem-solving) Brand & Quality Control Maintain and evolve video style guidelines, templates, and motion systems Ensure all outputs meet high creative and technical standards Champion innovation in video formats, transitions, and storytelling techniques Innovation & Tools Stay up to date with video trends, formats (e.g. short-form, vertical video), and platforms Explore and implement new tools, including AI for video editing and production Identify opportunities to scale video production efficiently across the business BEHAVIORAL EXPECTATIONS: As Senior Video Editor, you will be expected to role model the behaviors associated with our Ten Standards and our core business values of Member Focused, Trustworthy, and Pioneering.
