Findasense is looking for Senior Video Editors (2 positions) to take ownership of high-visibility video projects for a major U.S.-based financial client. In this role, you will act as a creative and technical lead in post-production, ensuring audiovisual content upholds brand standards while delivering compelling storytelling. As a Senior Editor, you’ll go beyond execution: you’ll craft narrative flow, oversee complex edits, mentor junior collaborators, and liaise directly with client stakeholders. Key Responsibilities Lead the editing process for long-form and short-form content (corporate, digital, social media). Execute complex editing tasks: multi-layered timelines, motion graphics integration, sound mixing, and color correction (Premiere Pro + After Effects + DaVinci Resolve). Own the media workflow, ensuring assets are well-managed in Frame.io, Egnyte, Vidyard, and Bynder. Collaborate directly with producers and client-side creative leads in the U.S. to refine briefs and storytelling directions. Review and QC final cuts, ensuring consistency across campaigns. Provide feedback and support mentoring for junior editors in the team. Contribute to optimizing editing workflows and introducing best practices or new tools/plugins (e.g., Mister Horse). 5+ years of proven experience as a Video Editor in agency, broadcast, or corporate environments. Expert in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects; experienced in DaVinci Resolve for advanced color and audio finishing. Strong design sense and ability to collaborate with graphic designers (Photoshop, Illustrator). Proven track record of remote collaboration with U.S. or international clients. Familiarity with enterprise-level DAM and asset workflows (Frame.io, Egnyte, Bynder). Excellent time management and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously. Strong communication and client-facing confidence, with Fully Proficient English. Creativity, problem-solving, and leadership skills to guide teammates and projects.
