* Brand responsibility: Maintain impeccable knowledge of brand guidelines and ensure brand compliance across all video content * Collaborate: Work with stakeholders to understand and achieve their vision from concept to delivery * Review and select footage: Review raw video and audio to select the best shots and clips to achieve the creative objective * Edit and assemble: Edit footage into a logical sequence using editing software * Enhance content: Add music, voice-overs, sound effects, transitions, text, and motion graphics * Correct color and audio: Adjust lighting, color, and audio levels for quality  * Create final cut: Develop rough and final versions, incorporating feedback and making revisions as needed  * Meet deadlines: Manage multiple projects and deliver high-quality work on time  * Maintain process standards for quality control, approvals and compliance * Ideate approaches to optimize production processes to meet the organization’s video demand
