McNeela Music is looking for a highly experienced and talented, multi-skilled senior videographer to join our dynamic team. As a Senior Videographer, you will play a crucial role in producing high-quality video and photographic content that highlights our products and services. You will be an integral part of our established production team, collaborating closely with the head of video and the marketing team to bring creative concepts to life. This position requires a balance of technical expertise, creative vision, and hands-on skills, ensuring all content aligns with our brand identity and meets the highest standards of quality.

QUALIFICATIONS

• At least 4 years of experience with creating video and photographic content.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Adobe Premiere, After Effects, Photoshop, Lightroom, Illustrator) and Avid ProTools (or an alternative DAW of your choice).
• Comprehensive knowledge of video production techniques, including camera operation, lighting, sound recording, and micing techniques.
• Demonstrated experience in product photography.
• Ability to create visually appealing video graphics.
• Exceptional attention to detail while maintaining the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Highly creative in set building and creative lighting for product photography and cutaways.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with producing content for social media channels is desirable.
• An understanding of or ability to play music is considered a plus.
• A neat and organized individual, capable of maintaining well-labeled and organised production assets, both digital files and physical equipment.
