Description
The Mission Transition your high-acuity clinical expertise to the pinnacle of luxury healthcare. We are actively sourcing a premier acute-care nurse to deliver dedicated, 1:1 medical support for an 80-year-old VIP aboard an elite superyacht. This deployment completely reimagines the clinical environment, taking place amidst a continuous Mediterranean cruising itinerary. Your floating medical suite will spend the season anchoring in breathtaking, exclusive destinations such as the dramatic cliffs of Capri, the historic Dalmatian Coast, and the turquoise waters of Zakynthos. The Team You will be an essential asset within a highly synchronized, multidisciplinary medical concierge unit. Operating under the direct clinical governance of a Lead British Doctor, you will work in seamless collaboration with expert Physiotherapists and a hand-selected, Western-trained nursing team to provide proactive, gold-standard healthcare. The Safety Uncompromising patient safety and practitioner well-being are the foundations of our practice. To ensure flawless 24/7 medical readiness and to completely mitigate clinical fatigue, this maritime operation strictly enforces a double-nurse shift system, providing a secure and balanced environment for the entire medical staff. The Process We highly value the time and demanding schedules of elite emergency and intensive care professionals across Yorkshire and the broader UK. To ensure maximum discretion and efficiency, the initial interview and screening phase is conducted entirely via a secure online platform. Requirements Requirements Education: Western-educated BSN (Bachelor of Science in Nursing). Experience: Minimum of 4+ years of recent, high-intensity clinical experience in Acute Care (ICU, ER, or A&E). Language: Native or C1-certified English proficiency is an absolute requirement for critical medical charting and precise team communication. Attributes: Emotionally intelligent, highly adaptable, and capable of maintaining unshakeable acute-care vigilance and absolute discretion within an opulent, non-clinical setting. Benefits The Benefits Compensation: £60,000 per annum (100% Tax-Free). Leave: Generous 30 days of annual leave. Living Arrangements: Premium en-suite quarters aboard the vessel (expertly designed to ensure total comfort and rest while off duty). Lifestyle: All daily living, high-end dining, and global travel logistics are comprehensively covered by the employer while on deployment.
