Job Description: Oversees overall Visual Merchandising for offline retail stores, allocate resource to support critical business partners and landlord. Maintain communication and updates from Group to bridge the download for local initiates development. Allocate budget resources to support channel business priorities, develop and monitor budget plan and forecast. Join store location discussion and lead store design with key stakeholders for brand identity consistency. Management on VM guidelines and communicate consistent merchandising direction on brand standards. Annual retail project vendor review and recommendation of improvements as needed with procurement. Conduct regular store visit to ensure perfect image and local market needs. Requirements & Capabilities A Person could handle multi-task management with strong ownership & teamwork awareness, candidates will demonstrate: Balance operation details focus and systematic solution mind-set. Good Communication skill with different levels of consumers & internal At least 3 years or above working experience in VM function Good project management skill, Numerate, analytical thinking with great attention to detail Effective communication of both written and spoken in English Good team player who can work under pressure and willing to travel Dyson is an equal opportunity employer.
