We are seeking a dynamic Senior Vice President to lead the EMPOWER Program in advancing its mission and enhancing its presence within the community. Key Responsibilities: Oversee the strategic direction and administration of the EMPOWER program. Work closely with the CEO to provide timely, accurate information for informed decision-making. Ensure sound fiscal management, resource optimization, and program sustainability. Actively participate in community outreach, representing the program with civic, professional, and private organizations. Lead program operations, including staff hiring and retention, to deliver high-quality services. Develop and implement short, intermediate, and long-term plans to drive the program’s success. Ensure a consistent and positive public image for the program. Qualifications: Master’s degree in a Human Services field. 5+ years of senior nonprofit leadership experience. Strong organizational skills with experience in planning, program development, and staff management. Ability to communicate and convey the program's vision to diverse stakeholders. Proficiency in financial management and familiarity with budgeting and audit processes. Competence in using Word, Excel, and database management software. Additional Requirements: Must have a valid driver’s license for travel related to meetings and business engagements.
