Partner with Clinical leadership to integrate innovation responsibly. Lead and scale the Product Management organization. Develop senior product leaders and establish strong talent pipelines. Foster a culture of clarity, accountability, and customer empathy. Establish rigorous product operating rhythms and governance. Improve decision velocity and cross-functional alignment. Implement strong product analytics and experimentation frameworks. Collaborate with Engineering on technical strategy and scalability. Requirements 15+ years in product leadership, including 5+ years leading large, multi-layered product organizations. Experience at scale in healthcare, digital health, SaaS, or mission-driven technology environments. Proven track record of building products that deliver measurable outcomes. Experience operating as a senior executive in a high-growth environment. Visionary yet pragmatic leader able to balance long-term strategy with near-term execution.
