Responsibilities

At Dyflexis, we’re tackling workforce management with smart, simple solutions. From time tracking to shift swapping, our platform helps over a million users get the right people in the right place at the right time.
As a Frontend Engineer (Vue.js), you’ll play a key role in our international growth journey, shaping features that make complex processes effortless.

Here’s what you’ll be doing:

  • Write clean, maintainable code that makes our users smile
  • Build and evolve features in our shared component library
  • Collaborate with product squads to implement new functionality
  • Level up our mobile app development with Ionic and Capacitor
  • Share your expertise in code reviews and team sessions

You’ll work in focused project squads (with a Product Owner, UX Designer and fellow Engineers) to build, test and scale AI-driven features that directly improve workforce planning. We work in six-week sprints of deep focus, followed by two weeks of cooldown to gather feedback, refine features, and gear up for the next big win.
