Meeting, greeting and seating guests in a professional and efficient manner.
Presenting the menus and venue concept and take food and beverage orders.
Coordinating all aspects of the service of food and beverages together with the Manager efficiently and accurately.
Performing all duties related to restaurant opening and closing shifts.
As a Senior Waiter, you will be working on a rotating shift basis, Monday to Sunday, 40 hours a week. Shift patterns will vary from morning and evening shifts (including weekends and bank holidays), so flexibility is required where applicable.
