The Fish is a family owned, 4 AA Red Star property featuring a stunning seafood restaurant “Hook” (2 AA rosette) which serves sustainable Cornish seafood. Our guests can also enjoy our beautiful lounge and bars areas, which serves gourmet hotdogs and small plates, alongside cocktails and all kinds of delicious regional tipples. We regularly host events, large and small, and offer stunning outdoor spaces to dine, relax and sip away on a cocktail or two. As such we are a busy venue!
We are now looking for a Chef De Rang to support our F&B Manager in helping lead our mission of providing a truly exceptional, guest-led experience within all of our F&B activities. You will ideally hold the following experience:
We offer a hourly rate of £13.00, rising to £13.20 after one years service, plus a share of the service charge and gratuities - We also offer meals on duty and work uniform.
