A position exists for an experienced waiter to join our team
Radio Mexico is an iconic St Kilda venue famous for it’s high quality casual dining, perfect margaritas and a great tequila & mezcal selection.
We are seeking an experienced waiter who enjoys fast paced environment. Although we work hard, we have a great team ethos and work together to create a vibrant venue. We seek to make the work place a positive environment.
Rosters are fixed in advance, ensuring that your work week is regular, with 2-3 days off in a row. Latest finishes are around 11pm.

Applicants should possess the following essential skills:

• Minimum 2 years waitering experience
• Functions and/or hosting experience
• Ability to work within a team
• Ability to adapt to our unique service style
• Desire to work to a high standard

The position will be for about 30 hours per week, and involve weekends and nights, with potential for daytime shifts between Friday to Sunday. Whilst we are initiallly offering a casual position, we seek to ultimately bring someone into the team on a permanent basis. We have very high retention rate in our team, and invite applicants who prefer stable and extended employment where they can really develop their professional skills and make a contribution to the venue.
