We’re looking for a Senior Waiter who shares our passion for friendly, exceptional service and storytelling throughout the culinary journey. 🍽 Your Role as Senior Waiter:Leads the section with confidence, grace, and meticulous attention to detail.Delivers seamless, warm and personalised service that enhances the guest journey.Collaborates closely with the kitchen, sommeliers, and front-of-house team to create unforgettable moments.Maintains impeccable standards of presentation and etiquette.Contributes to a culture of excellence, learning, and genuine care.Uphold the highest standards of etiquette, presentation, and professionalism.Qualifications🎓 What You Bring:Experience in Michelin-starred or fine dining environments.Deep understanding of food, wine, and service protocol.A calm, charismatic presence and a genuine love for hospitality.Strong communication and organisational skills.A desire to grow within a forward-thinking, modern restaurant built around using local produce with a twist. Additional InformationSalary: from £29,250 to £31,005Gratuities are allocated on a points basis, depending on development tiers.
