We take pride in delivering consistently high standards of hospitality and are now looking for an experienced Senior Waiting Staff / FOH Supervisor to support our current FOH Manager and help lead the team.

THE ROLE

As Senior Waiting Staff, you’ll work closely with the FOH Manager to ensure service runs smoothly, staff are supported, and our guests receive attentive, professional hospitality. You’ll be confident in leading shifts, setting high standards, and helping to train and motivate junior staff.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Supporting the FOH Manager in running front of house operations
• Leading the team during busy shifts and ensuring excellent service
• Providing attentive, professional service to every guest
• Training, mentoring, and motivating junior staff
• Taking orders and ensuring food & drinks are delivered promptly and accurately
• Handling guest queries and feedback with professionalism
• Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation
• Managing tills and payments accurately
