Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficient inbound and outbound logistics, inventory accuracy, and timely order fulfillment.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to optimize warehouse layout, workflow, and resource allocation for maximum productivity.
• Manage and lead a team of warehouse staff, providing training, performance feedback, and fostering a culture of safety and accountability.
• Implement and enforce strict safety protocols, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements and minimizing workplace hazards.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in warehouse operations, with a proven track record in a supervisory or managerial capacity.
• Strong understanding of supply chain dynamics, logistics, and transportation management.
