Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse operations

• Use spreadsheets and basic computer systems for tracking and reporting
• Hands‑on support across warehouse tasks when required

• Maintain WHS compliance and safe work practices

• Strong warehouse management or supervisory experience
• Computer skills - spreadsheets, basic reporting, inventory systems
• LF forklift licence (required)

Following significant investment in technology, warehouse automation and operational capability, the business is entering an exciting new phase of growth and is looking for an experienced Warehouse Operations leader to help shape what's next.

The warehouse services a diverse portfolio of approximately 30–50 eCommerce clients, including some of Australia's fastest-growing apparel, lifestyle, beauty and consumer brands. You'll be responsible for ensuring these brands receive an exceptional fulfilment experience while helping the business continue to scale.

Unlike a traditional warehouse supporting a single product line, this environment is fast-paced, varied and constantly evolving making it an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys complexity, continuous improvement and working with innovative businesses.

The Opportunity

Reporting to the General Manager, you'll lead the end-to-end warehouse operation across inbound, outbound, inventory and returns while helping shape the future operating model of the business. The role is designed for someone who enjoys solving problems, developing leaders and creating scalable processes rather than managing day-to-day firefighting.

Working closely with senior leadership, you'll play a key role in:

• Leading a busy multi-client warehouse operation
• Driving operational excellence and automation initiatives
• Building an empowered leadership team that can operate autonomously
• Labour planning, productivity and cost optimisation
• Capacity planning and peak readiness
• Contributing to strategic operational decisions as the business continues to grow.

About You

We're looking for an operational leader who has:

• Experience leading medium to large warehouse operations within a 3PL, eCommerce fulfilment or high-volume distribution environment
• Exposure to multi-client operations rather than a single-brand warehouse
• Strong leadership capability with experience developing Team Leaders and Supervisors
• A commercial mindset with experience around labour planning, productivity and operational performance
• Experience working with Warehouse Management Systems and an interest in automation and continuous improvement
• The confidence to contribute strategically while remaining hands-on when required.
