Description
Responsibilities
Safely handle products during all inbound and outbound processes, ensuring adherence to company procedures.
Handle goods correctly to minimize damage and follow manual handling techniques to prevent injury.
Carry out other reasonable requests to support the effective operation of the warehouse.
Assist the Team Leader in coordinating daily tasks.
Act as the Team Leader during absences, managing shifts and communicating with management.
WMS SCALE experience is preferred.
Use manual handling equipment appropriately, as trained, to support operational processes when needed.
Forklift licenses with clamp experience are a plus.
Adhere to all health and safety procedures, including the use of personal protective equipment (PPE), and take appropriate action if procedures are not followed or can be improved.
Conduct equipment checks according to procedures, ensuring a safe working environment for all employees.
Maintain and update site Risk Assessments, Safe Systems of Work, and working instructions.
Continuously seek ways to improve processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and customer service
