Description

The ideal candidate possesses excellent technical engineering and project management skills within the water and wastewater practice area. They demonstrate strong client relationship capabilities, including the preparation and development of proposals, coupled with a proven track record of successfully managing and delivering various engineering projects to meet client expectations. With extensive experience in the design and construction of municipal water distribution systems, wastewater collection systems, stormwater systems, treatment plants, and pump/lift stations, the candidate is well-equipped to handle complex projects. Additionally, they have expertise in managing and reviewing project drawings, specifications, schedules, and cost estimates. Their exceptional client relationship skills are evidenced by their experience in preparing and delivering proposals and effectively managing client expectations. Minimum of 8 years of experience in water/wastewater engineering. Bachelor's degree in Civil, Mechanical, Chemical Engineering, or a related field. Professional Engineer (PE) license in New York State. Master's degree in Civil or Mechanical Engineering. 10 or more years of relevant experience. Experience serving as the engineer of record for water transmission/distribution systems, wastewater collection systems, and pump station designs in the New York area. Established client relationships within the White Plains/New York market and a demonstrated history of securing and delivering water and wastewater projects. Expertise in alternative delivery projects. Active engagement in regional or national professional associations.
