JOB DESCRIPTION

Due to significant contract awards within our ANZ Water business, we are expanding our team and are currently searching for a proven Water Resources Engineer to join our Adelaide office.
We are known as industry leaders in the delivery of water resources projects, particularly in the areas of flood risk assessment, coastal engineering, hydrological and hydraulic modelling, drainage design, mine water management, and disaster management. In this role, you will support a variety of projects across a range of market sectors, with a focus on transport (road, rail and air) and defence markets located across South Australia and beyond.

Responsibilities
  • You will work with teams of professional engineers, scientists, technicians and support staff to lead and deliver drainage/hydrology/hydraulic modelling & design and integrated water/stormwater management support on projects whilst ensuring technical excellence.
  • As an experienced water resources engineer, you will check and review project outputs.
  • You will have the opportunity to lead and support business development activities, including client liaison and proposal preparation.
  • Collaborate with a large number of professionals in a range of geographies and build relationships with internal and external clients across multiple sectors, ensuring client service satisfaction.
  • Provide direct supervision, leadership and mentoring of junior staff to assist in their professional development.
