About the Role We are seeking a Senior Wealth Advisor to join our boutique, high-touch investment advisory firm focused on serving ultra-high-net-worth individuals. This role is ideal for a seasoned advisor with a strong client-first ethos and a long-term commitment to excellence. With our target clientele holding $2M+ in investable assets, we’re looking for someone who can both advise and attract clients in this niche segment. Key Responsibilities Provide holistic, tailored wealth management strategies to high-net-worth clients. Build and deepen relationships through proactive, consultative financial planning. Manage client portfolios with a disciplined investment philosophy. Collaborate closely with internal investment and planning teams to deliver consistent results. Drive business development through referrals, networking, and client retention strategies. Maintain impeccable compliance standards and ethical conduct. Ideal Candidate 5+ years of experience as a financial advisor or wealth manager. In depth focus and experience in new business development Proven ability to serve clients with $2M+ in investable assets. A transferrable book of business is highly preferred but not required. FINRA Series 65 or equivalent, and relevant state registrations. CFP® designation or strong progress toward certification is a plus. Driven by client success, not just transactions—seeking a long-term home. Compensation & Growth Base salary of approximately $100,000. Lucrative variable compensation based on client revenue contribution. Direct revenue share for any new clients brought in. Unlimited long-term earnings potential with equity-style upside.
