Job Description Sandisk is seeking a Senior Web Analyst to serve as the primary expert for Adobe Analytics across sandisk.com. This role is responsible for ensuring our digital measurement is intentional, well-documented, and genuinely useful. In addition to AA, Sandisk is expanding its analytics capabilities with Amplitude Growth Analytics to better understand user journeys, engagement patterns, and behavioral drivers across sandisk.com. This role will help define how Adobe Analytics and Amplitude work together, ensuring each tool is used intentionally for the questions it answers best. You will be the connective tissue between data, technology, and decision-making. While the web strategy team has content strategists, UX designers, and dedicated SEO and technical audit partners, this role provides the deep analytics expertise those teams rely on to understand engagement, performance, customer journeys, and business impact. You will shape how data is collected, structured, interpreted, and self-served across the web, e-commerce, and performance marketing organization. This is an individual contributor role for someone who takes pride in high-quality instrumentation, loves clickstream analysis, and understands how thoughtful measurement unlocks better experiences and better business outcomes. This is an in‑house role focused on long‑term analytics quality and business enablement rather than client delivery. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Adobe Analytics Ownership & Enablement Act as the primary Adobe Analytics expert for sandisk.com, owning Analysis Workspace structure, variable strategy, and data usability. Design, build, and maintain scalable dashboards and workspace projects, from executive summaries to deep-dive exploratory analyses. Establish and document a clear, consistent variable taxonomy that enables reliable self-service reporting. Serve as a role model and enablement partner for a small group of internal Analytics power users. Design and maintain standardized Adobe Analytics Workspace templates that serve as trusted, reusable sources of truth for common business questions. Measurement Strategy & Implementation Own the quality and evolution of both the Adobe Analytics and Amplitude Growth Analytics implementations. Partner with IT and development teams to write detailed measurement requirements. Influence tagging strategy within Adobe Launch. Ensure analytics implementations reflect strong understanding of browser behavior and tagging mechanics. Clickstream & Customer Journey Analysis Conduct advanced clickstream, pathing, and flow analysis. Analyze end-to-end digital customer journeys. Demonstrate how the website delivers business value beyond last-click conversion. Journey & Behavioral Analytics (Amplitude) Partner with Web Strategy, UX, and eCommerce stakeholders to use Amplitude Growth Analytics for journey analysis, behavioral segmentation, and hypothesis-driven exploration. Help define event, property, and user schema in Amplitude in coordination with Adobe Analytics variable strategy. Translate business questions into Amplitude analyses such as funnels, paths, cohorts, and retention views. Ensure consistency and alignment between Adobe Analytics and Amplitude data definitions, metrics, and narratives. Contribute to documentation and enablement so teams understand when to use Adobe Analytics vs. Amplitude. Use Amplitude to answer journey, engagement, and behavioral questions, not to duplicate standard Adobe Analytics reporting. Communication & Influence Act as the senior analytics subject‑matter expert for sandisk.com, setting standards and guiding analytical decision‑making. Serve as a thought partner on analytics platform strategy, helping Sandisk evolve from page-level reporting toward journey and behavior-led decision-making. Communicate insights and recommendations clearly in English to US‑based and global stakeholders. Partner with Web Strategy, SEO, UX, Content, and Product teams. Advocate for meaningful, high-quality measurement. Success in This Role Looks Like A cleaner, more intentional Adobe Analytics implementation. High confidence in reported data across teams. Actionable journey insights that influence UX, content, or conversion optimization decisions. Self-service reporting enabled through Workspace templates. Clear demonstration of website business value. Trusted partnership with Web Strategy, UX, and Engineering teams in a cross‑functional, multinational environment. Qualifications REQUIRED: 8+ years of experience in digital or web analytics roles. Deep expertise with Adobe Analytics and Analysis Workspace. Strong working knowledge of Adobe Launch or similar tag management system. Experience writing analytics requirements for IT teams. Understanding of browser-based tracking and tag management. Experience with clickstream and behavioral data analysis. Familiarity with Google Search Console. Excellent communication skills. Professional fluency in spoken and written English, with experience presenting insights to US‑based stakeholders. PREFERRED: Experience with enterprise or global ecommerce websites. Experience working with multiple analytics platforms in defined roles. Experience with product or journey analytics tools such as Amplitude. Experience enabling analytics self‑service.
