REQUIREMENTS

  • 4+ years of experience working in a digital analytics role
  • Advanced expertise in implementing and debugging digital analytics tools like Amplitude, Adobe Analytics, and Google Analytics
  • Mastery in JavaScript specifically for digital analytics tracking setup and troubleshooting
  • Comprehensive understanding of digital analytics principles, measurement frameworks, tag management systems, and web development
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills with a focus on diagnosing and resolving intricate tracking and data quality issues across diverse environments
  • Superior communication skills, essential for leading cross-functional teams and articulating complex data governance concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Proficient in querying and conducting data integrity assessments in data warehouses, particularly in Snowflake, using SQL
  • Deep knowledge of web development practices including the use of browser developer tools and mobile app debugging tools like Charles Proxy
Responsibilities
  • Oversee and guide collaboration efforts between marketing, product, and engineering teams to set comprehensive business requirements
  • Develop and enforce rigorous documentation and processes that guarantee data precision and uniformity across all digital touchpoints
  • Lead the QA and validation processes for tracking implementations on both web and mobile applications
  • Identify and adeptly resolve complex tracking issues and data discrepancies in collaboration with key stakeholders
