We are an established, niche SaaS company focused on streamlining union reporting and benefits management for employers and unions in the construction industry. We automate data transformation from employer payroll systems into accurate benefit and fringe payment reports for union halls and trust fund offices, replacing reams of paperwork with secure, scalable digital systems.
We are seeking a Senior Full-Stack Developer / Technical Project Lead who is a problem solver at heart, thrives in data-heavy applications, and embraces AI-driven development. This is not a role for someone who just “likes to code” - we’re looking for someone who leverages AI tools like GPT, Copilot, Cursor, and custom LLM workflows to plan, write, test, and iterate on software efficiently.

REQUIREMENTS

• Senior developer or technical lead with 10+ years of hands-on experience
• A natural problem solver and systems thinker
• Very familiar with AI context engineering
• Able to architect solutions that touch all aspects of the software stack
• Deep experience in modern frontend frameworks, with a strong preference for React and TypeScript
• Comfortable working with GraphQL and design systems like Adobe Spectrum
• Experience with .NET Core, ASP.NET, and SQL Server
• Experience using Linux in a server environment
• Demonstrated experience using LLMs in real workflows, an understanding of the differences between them, and the strengths and weaknesses of each
• Know how to evaluate LLM outputs, improve prompts, and combine tools effectively
• Interested in pushing boundaries of AI-assisted development as part of a forward-looking team
• Comfortable navigating data-heavy applications, with a mindset for scalability and maintainability
• Experience writing scripts in bash or equivalent

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Use AI agents and sub-agents for project planning, code generation, testing, and documentation.
• Collaborate closely with CTO to align development with strategic vision
• Ensure consistent velocity and quality across releases
• Help design and implement scalable full stack systems and data integrations
