We’re looking for a Design UX/UI Strategist to join our client’s dynamic design team for a 12-month maternity cover opportunity. In this role, you’ll help bring complex business stories to life through compelling visual presentations and user-focused design.
As a key player within the Value Advisory and creative teams, you’ll partner with strategists, account leads, and internal stakeholders to simplify complex information and transform it into captivating visual narratives. You’ll be responsible for producing high-impact presentations, prototypes, and other design assets that align with business objectives while engaging a variety of audiences - from internal teams to C-suite executives.

REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

• 5+ years in a design-focused role with a strong emphasis on visual storytelling, UI/UX, and presentation design.
• Proven experience crafting executive-level presentations with persuasive narratives and clear messaging.
• Strong grasp of user-centered design principles and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma).
• Familiarity with CRM platforms and pre-sales business contexts.
• Exceptional design portfolio showcasing a broad range of visual styles, storytelling formats, and strategic thinking.
• Proficiency in digital design and presentation tools; passion for exploring AI design tools and productivity hacks.
• Excellent communication skills - both visual and verbal - with an ability to interpret feedback and iterate quickly.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with evolving priorities and last-minute direction.

• Translate complex business and technical ideas into clear, engaging visual content for strategic presentations and digital experiences.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand goals and determine the best visual and UX approach for each project.
• Create high-end presentation decks, storyboards, prototypes, and design assets using a variety of tools including PowerPoint, Keynote, GSlides, Figma, and others.
• Guide stakeholders through the design process, from discovery and ideation through execution.
• Use UX principles to help shape user journeys and improve content engagement across touchpoints.
• Bring conceptual thinking and strategic vision to every project while also managing detail-oriented execution.
• Stay current with design trends, tools, and technologies - including AI and productivity enhancements - to continuously evolve creative output.
• Maintain and implement brand standards across all visual work.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, adapting quickly to shifting priorities and timelines.
