Together we want to further accelerate our growth – and for that we need your support now! We are looking for a Senior Web Developer (m/f/d) with the know-how and passion to help make our customers even more successful with our publishing platform Purple .

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• As part of the App & Web team, you will be responsible for the further development of our publishing platform Purple.
• You work with modern frameworks like Angular and/or React.
• You will develop frontend architectures using TypeScript, HTML and (S)CSS and modern development standards as part of a team.
• You will work closely with the product, design, and backend teams to continuously improve our systems.
• You ensure system stability through performance optimization and scalability of the services.
• You ensure code quality through testing and clean development processes.
• You will be involved in technical decisions and the further development of the architecture.

WHY YOU

• You have at least 5 years of experience in web development.
• You have sound knowledge of HTML, (S)CSS and JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Experience with modern frameworks such as Angular and/or React
• Experience in developing responsive web applications / mobile web
• Ideally, knowledge of SEO and web accessibility.
• You are familiar with agile development methods (SCRUM & Kanban)
• You have an understanding of basic things like version control (Git), code reviews, test coverage, continuous integration, and continuous delivery.
• You are familiar with the concepts of “Clean Code”
• You enjoy working in a team and have a strong interest in sharing your skills and knowledge on an equal footing.
• You communicate confidently in English and German.

Advantageous:

• Experience with web tracking / analytics
• Knowledge of DevOps / Operations (e.g. Kubernetes, CI/CD)
• Experience with test-oriented development (e.g., unit tests, TDD, Playwright)
• Knowledge of app development (e.g., Swift, Kotlin, or cross-platform)
