Responsibilities

ROLE OVERVIEW

Join our team as a Senior Web Strategist and take the lead in shaping client website projects from strategy to execution! Your expertise will be key in translating client objectives into high-performing websites. In this role, you’ll develop user-centered strategies, create wireframes, and ensure websites meet client goals. While this position doesn’t involve hands-on design or development, you’ll play a critical role in driving website direction and facilitating seamless collaboration between the strategy, design, and development teams.
A strong technical understanding of web functionality and the ability to leverage data-driven insights to optimize performance will be essential for success. If you’re ready to make an impact and help clients achieve their digital goals, we want to hear from you!

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Client Strategy & Project Management: Lead client-facing project management for website design and development projects, ensuring timelines, budgets, and objectives are met (client meetings are approximately 25% of the role).
  • Data-Driven Web Strategy: Conduct website audits using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Hotjar) to identify optimization opportunities and provide actionable recommendations, alongside creating wireframes and content outlines.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams (designers, developers, strategists) to ensure alignment and successful execution of website strategies.
  • Client Success Monitoring & Reporting: Track and analyze website performance, providing insights and actionable recommendations to improve user experience and conversion rates.
  • Problem Solving & Client Support: Address client challenges throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring smooth execution and maintaining strong client relationships.

THIS ROLE IS NOT

  • A design-focused role involving graphics, animations, or visual elements.
  • Responsible for web development or coding.
  • Solely UX/UI design; the role is centered on strategy and wireframing, not executing design.
