Partner with Sales to develop detailed solution designs and configurations. Configure network infrastructure across a range of hardware and software (e.g., Cisco, Fortinet, Meraki). Support installer technicians on installation days to ensure services and hardware are deployed successfully. Prepare clear handover documentation, including network designs and configuration details, for Customer Operations. You will work directly with customers to design, configure, and deliver reliable connectivity solutions while partnering with sales teams. Additionally, you will support installer technicians during deployments and prepare detailed handover documentation for operations.
