The Senior Work Health and Safety (WHS) Partner works closely with business leaders to embed a proactive safety culture by providing expert guidance, coaching and mentorship to enhance workplace safety and risk management. Reporting into the General Manager Work Health & Safety, this role supports frontline leaders and teams in developing their H&S capability, ensuring compliance with regulations and driving continuous improvement in safety performance.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Tertiary qualification in Health & Safety, Risk Management, or a related discipline (Diploma/Degree preferred).
• Additional certifications in HSE auditing, risk management, process safety, or incident investigation (e.g., ICAM, Lead Auditor certification) are highly desirable.
