Our mission is to advance the industry by leveraging the latest technologies and trends, including whole-world simulation, virtual reality, motion tracking, and AI.
We are seeking a senior Windows Desktop Architect to join our dynamic team at Bohemia Interactive Simulations. The ideal candidate will have proven experience with system administration with a focus on standard builds, identity and device management in regulated environments, using modern user account and endpoint systems like Microsoft Entra and MS Intune. This role is critical in supporting the growth of our company while ensuring a continuous business value delivery, seamless user experience and maintaining positive relationships with stakeholders.

SKILLS:

  • Excellent knowledge of the Windows desktop environment in the enterprise, including standard build and configuration management
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Entra and Intune for identity and device management.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with a customer-oriented approach.
  • Effective communication skills, capable of building rapport with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
  • 5+ years of WinOS, identity and device sysadmin experience
  • Proven experience in managing a Windows environment on a larger scale, preferably in a regulated industry
Responsibilities
  • Continuously develop and administer Windows desktop environments, ensuring optimal performance, compliance and security.
  • Define Microsoft Entra and Intune for effective identity and device management, including user provisioning, access control, and compliance monitoring.
  • Collaborate with IT teams to implement solutions that enhance customer experience and streamline support processes.
  • Develop and maintain documentation related to system configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting guides.
  • Foster positive relationships with stakeholders by understanding their needs and delivering tailored IT solutions.
  • Provide technical training to the team & end-users, helping them to grow
  • Address issues promptly to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
