ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Server Engineer to join its Infrastructure Services team within the CIO Division. This role is critical to supporting the department’s digital infrastructure and ensuring the reliability, security, and performance of its Windows Server environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide expert-level support for Windows Server environments including Active Directory, Entra ID, DNS, PKI, ADFS, DFS, File and Print services, and Group Policy with AGPM.
• Manage and maintain systems monitoring and patching using Microsoft System Centre tools (SCOM, SCCM/MECM) and Intune.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex infrastructure issues, including escalation and major incident response.
• Implement and support cyber security controls including application whitelisting, host-based firewalls, vulnerability scanning, and device control.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver ICT projects and BAU operations.
• Contribute to technical documentation including SOPs, design documents, and operational guides.
