Since 2003, Celtic Whiskey has been an industry leader, releasing award-winning single cask bottlings, hosting Ireland’s largest drinks events such as Whiskey Live Dublin and the Irish Whiskey Awards, and building a wholesale network that supplies the country’s best bars, restaurants, hotels, and retailers. We are also home to Ireland’s largest collection of whiskey and spirits, including rare and collectible bottlings. Now, we’re looking for an ambitious, knowledgeable and engaging Senior Wine Specialist to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who wants to combine their retail expertise with a passion for wine, while also contributing to tastings, events, and wholesale growth.What You’ll Do

• Inspire customers on the shop floor with expert advice and outstanding service.
• Host wine tastings and masterclasses, engaging both private clients and trade audiences.
• Shape our wine range, working with the buying team to expand and refine our portfolio.
• Support the wholesale team, bringing your expertise to our on-trade partners.
• Deliver on sales targets, driving retail performance and margin growth.
• Be an ambassador for Celtic Whiskey Shop, representing our values of knowledge, quality, and hospitality.

About You

• Strong retail or sales experience; ideally in wine, spirits, or luxury goods.
• Passionate about wine with the ability to communicate your knowledge in a warm, approachable way.
• Excellent customer service and relationship-building skills.
• Outgoing, self-motivated, and professional, with a team-player mindset.
• WSET qualifications are a plus (but not essential) - enthusiasm and expertise matter most.
