Job Summary The Senior Workforce Allocation Specialist ensure optimal workforce allocation aligns with operational demands, facilitating efficient resource deployment and supporting operational continuity. This includes tracking workforce needs, analyzing allocation trends, and collaborating closely with operations to integrate staffing seamlessly. The role also emphasizes maintaining accurate workforce records and providing data driven insights on allocation and utilization to support strategic decision-making. Job Responsibilities 1 Allocate workforce resources effectively to meet operational needs Monitor and track the deployment plan to determine when resources are needed. Collaborate with operations to ensure seamless integration of workforce allocation. Analyze workforce data and trends to optimize allocation strategies. Maintain accurate records of workforce assignments and availability. Provide regular reports on workforce allocation and utilization. Support the implementation of HSE initiatives, participate in safety awareness activities, and contribute to incident reporting and resolution in alignment with company and IMS policies Job Responsibilities 2 Additional Responsibilities 3 Job Knowledge & Skills Proven experience in workforce management or allocation. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. ERP knowledge preferably SAP functional skills are a requirement to be successful in this role. Job Experience Minimum 5 years working experience, 3 years relevant working experience, 2 years GCC experience is a plus.
