About the role | Mō te tūranga mahi As Senior Workforce Analyst, you’ll play a key role in shaping ACC’s strategic workforce planning and workforce insights, helping ensure our people capability is aligned with organisational goals. You’ll lead enterprise-wide workforce planning initiatives, including forecasting and scenario modelling, using advanced analytics and predictive modelling to inform workforce strategy. Working with complex datasets, you’ll analyse trends and relationships to generate clear, actionable insights, translating sophisticated analysis into concise, high-quality reporting for stakeholders. You’ll provide trusted strategic advice to senior leaders, support evidence-based decision making and contribute to building workforce planning capability by mentoring and coaching junior analysts. About you | Mōu 5+ years of experience in workforce planning or advanced analytics within a large, complex organisation. Advanced analytical, modelling and forecasting skills, with the ability to interpret complex datasets. Strong Power BI and advanced Excel capability, A sound understanding of SQL, Python and R preferable. Experience delivering hands on analytics, including development of tools, models and reporting artefacts. Proven ability to manage analytics projects end‑to‑end, from planning through to delivery. Strong conceptual and strategic thinking, with the ability to take a long term view. Excellent communication and influencing skills, translating complex insights for senior stakeholders. Tertiary qualification in statistics, mathematics, computer science, business analytics or a related field (postgraduate desirable). The appointing salary for this role will sit between $101,287 and $ 119,161 and we offer an additional 9% superannuation contribution.
