We are seeking an experienced and proactive Senior Workforce Coordinator to join our Digital Health team on a Fixed Term Contract until 31st December 2026. Reporting to the Service Manager, this role provides pivotal support in onboarding new clinicians and workforce support for our project employees. As the first point of contact for Digital Health staff, you will play a key role in ensuring a seamless employee experience throughout the employee journey. Key Responsibilities Lead the onboarding processes, ensuring vacancies are filled promptly with appropriately qualified and credentialed staff Generate employment contracts and agreements in line with Australian Modern Awards and HR best practice Act as the primary contact for Virtual Health employees, managing queries and escalating matters as required Coordinate credentialing, payroll documentation, onboarding and off-boarding processes within required timelines Identify and implement process improvements to streamline workforce administration and enhance service delivery Skills and Experience We’re Looking For Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise, manage competing deadlines and work under pressure Highly developed written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build effective working relationships Proven experience in workforce coordination, HR and/or project management Sound understanding of human resources principles and Australian Modern Awards (desirable) Demonstrated ability to provide high-level customer service while maintaining confidentiality This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a growing Digital Health program and play a central role in supporting our workforce and operational success.
