Responsibilities
  • Support and partner with leaders enterprise-wide in case-management of complex employee matters involving performance management, misconduct, health & wellbeing, grievances/disputes etc.
  • Build leader capability and develop resource materials in these areas by providing coaching and expertise.
  • Provide a support service to the P&C team on Employee Relations matters and collaborate with the People Support Hub and P&C Business Partners.
  • Support and partner with leaders enterprise-wide with core IR activities such as enterprise agreement interpretation and application, employee/union consultation, enterprise agreement dispute management and related advice, engaging with contractors regarding workplace relations activities.
  • Representing EnergyAustralia in matters with the Fair Work Commission such as unfair dismissal, general protections and/or anti-discrimination applications.
  • Work with the People Support Hub and P&C Business Partners to implement proactive measures to address trends or systemic issues.
  • Stay up to date with developments and compliance changes in workplace relations; help keep the P&C team and business leaders across these changes
