Senior Workplace Services Manager In this role, you’ll lead Aon’s workplace services and team in France, driving service excellence and a strong client focus. You’ll guide the national team (both oursourced and insourced) in stakeholder engagement, champion continuous improvement through industry best practices, and ensure consistent implementation of standard procedures. You’ll also play a key role in supporting the leadership team with strategic transformation initiatives. What the day will look like · Act as the primary strategic, tactical and operational support for the Executive Director. · Lead and manage a team of business support staff, fostering a high-performance culture and ensuring effective delivery of operational priorities. · Ensure full compliance with operational, risk, and statutory requirements across the country · Monitor and report performance against agreed targets and scorecard metrics. · Drive efficiencies and consistency across the portfolio—ensuring MI, budgets, and service levels are maintained or improved. · Manage and support Real Estate projects · Oversight on security and corporate fleet management How this opportunity is different As an Aon colleague, you will never be limited by your job title.
