REQUIREMENTS:

• Extensive experience with Defender Suite and Entra Identity Protection.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to manage customer relationships and handle escalations effectively.
• Experience in training and mentoring junior team members.
• Strong documentation and reporting skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
