About the Role Working within a residential children’s home, you will provide consistent care, guidance, and emotional support to a young person. You will also take on shift leadership responsibilities, ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the home, particularly in the absence of the Registered Manager. This role combines hands-on care with team leadership, making it ideal for someone ready to step up or already operating at senior level.
