Your opportunity This casual role based at Woolooware Shores Retirement Village in Taren Point offers the chance to deliver high-quality clinical care in a supportive retirement village setting. You’ll provide holistic, person-centred support that honours the dignity, independence and wellbeing of our residents. With compassion and clinical expertise, you will: Provide tailored, respectful care to meet each client’s unique needs Conduct comprehensive assessments and contribute to care planning and delivery Deliver routine and non-routine clinical care, such as wound care, injections, and post-fall support Act as a clinical liaison for GPs and external health practitioners Maintain accurate documentation to meet organisational and compliance standards Actively engage in ongoing training and reflective clinical supervision Contribute to a culturally sensitive and inclusive work environment What you’ll bring You are a compassionate and professional Registered Nurse with a heart for aged care. You combine clinical excellence with empathy and enjoy building strong relationships with those in your care. You will also need: Full registration as a Registered Nurse with AHPRA A current driver’s licence Previous experience in aged care or community nursing (desirable) Strong documentation, assessment and communication skills A commitment to Anglicare Sydney’s values of integrity, justice, compassion, and excellence Why Anglicare Sydney?
