Description Tactical Revolution is seeking highly experienced Special Operations Forces (SOF) Role Players to support Sensitive Activities (SA) and Advanced Special Operations Training (ASOT) events. This position plays a critical role in enhancing the realism and effectiveness of special operations training exercises by accurately portraying operational scenarios, personalities, and environments encountered in real-world missions. Role Players will work directly with instructors and training cadre to replicate authentic operational conditions in support of Special Operations, Intelligence, and Interagency training across multiple mission sets, including irregular warfare, low-visibility operations, and denied-area activities. DETAILS: Contract Contingent Position DATES: 17 - 22 NOV 2025 PAY RATE: $450 - $550 per day - Experience Dependent SOF Sensitive Activities Role Player Criteria - Role Players will be required to comply with the following criteria: Portray realistic operational roles including, but not limited to: case officers, sources, facilitators, foreign partners, and local nationals. Support Sensitive Activities and ASOT Level II/III training exercises by engaging with students in scripted and dynamic environments. Execute scenario-based role play in accordance with operational training objectives and injects provided by the exercise control cell. Demonstrate knowledge of tradecraft, cover, and operational communication techniques used in special operations and intelligence activities. Maintain professionalism and operational security (OPSEC) standards throughout all training events. Participate in briefings, debriefings, and after-action reviews to enhance training fidelity and effectiveness. Adapt to changing mission requirements and adjust role execution in real time to support learning outcomes. Requirements Be 18 years or older. Be a US Citizen and can provide proof.
