PRINCIPLE ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Design and apply rigorous research methodologies, including Design of Experiments (DoE), acceptance modelling, and machine learning approaches.
  • Translate complex datasets into meaningful insights and strategic recommendations.
  • Act as a central point for acceptance modelling expertise and knowledge sharing across categories.
  • Collaborate with sensory and cross-functional teams to meet research needs and deliver business value.
  • Develop and enhance digital tools and platforms for improved research efficiency and scalability.
  • Support innovation by applying consumer insights to deepen product understanding and steer product direction.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

  • Strong knowledge of statistical methods including ANOVA, PCA, regression modelling, clustering, and preference mapping.
  • Proficient in statistical software such as R, JMP, Python, SPSS, or similar tools.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex data clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Strong project management and organisational skills with a solutions-focused mindset.
  • Proficient in PowerPoint and confident in creating visually engaging, insight-driven presentations.
  • Enthusiastic about consumer understanding and using data to support innovation.
