Job Description We are looking for a highly motivated and creative individual (m/f/d) who is interested in an engineering position in the field of integration and characterization of acoustic transducers in complex MEMS systems. In this role, you will have the opportunity to contribute to innovative projects in the field of consumer electronics and IoT, and develop new applications for intelligent MEMS sensors and actuators. As an integration and test engineer expert, you are responsible for the technical conception, coordination, and execution of novel characterization methods for our acoustic transducers Your work will generate insightful, data-driven conclusions through the modeling, characterization, and validation of our MEMS devices You will provide professional consultation and make critical decisions regarding the selection of suitable measurement methods and test setups Your expertise in characterization and qualification of acoustic components, combined with a deep understanding of the product use cases and sub-components (micromechanics, ASIC, packaging, and embedded software), will strengthen our team and is crucial to ensure the highest quality Building on this foundation, a central part of your responsibilities will be the integration of acoustic transducers, defining their test concepts and connecting them to our sensor system modeling Additionally, you will document your findings and present them convincingly in project reviews, both internally and directly to our customers Qualifications Personality: High level of interdisciplinary comprehension, customer orientation, creative and entrepreneurial mindset Working Style: You work independently and with a goal-oriented mindset; You are analytic, structured and organized Experience: Several years work experience in the field of acoustics.
