REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Sensory Science, Food Science, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in sensory testing within the food or beverage industry.
  • At least 3 years of experience with experimental design and sensory data analysis.
  • Proficiency with Compusense and RedJade software.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.

Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

One of our leading clients in the food and beverage industry is seeking a Sensory & Product Insights Analyst to elevate their product development strategy through deep sensory analysis and consumer insights. This role will be instrumental in guiding innovation, improving product performance, and delivering consumer-preferred solutions.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Design and execute sensory and consumer research to evaluate the performance and perception of food and beverage products.
  • Utilize tools like Compusense and RedJade for data collection and analysis.
  • Conduct both qualitative and quantitative methodologies including focus groups, sensory panels, and product testing.
  • Analyze sensory data using statistical tools (e.g., SPSS, SAS, R, XLSTAT) and synthesize results into actionable business insights.
  • Partner with R&D, Marketing, and Product Development teams to inform strategic decisions.
  • Prepare and deliver clear, data-driven reports and presentations for various stakeholders.
