KEY SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

• Proven track record in SEO strategy and execution (3+ years).
• We can educate, but some Understanding of AI-driven search (Google AI Mode, Gemini, ChatGPT Search).
• Experience using SEO platforms.
• Ability to extract insights from reports and translate into strategic action.
• Expertise in link building, outreach, and authority growth.
• Knowledge of EEAT, structured data, and content optimisation (developer handles coding).
• Experience with social media SEO and keyword amplification.
• Comfortable managing multiple brand strategies simultaneously.

THE ROLE

We’re hiring an SEO & AI Digital Growth Strategist who will own the AI-led SEO roadmap, keyword visibility, and digital authority growth across all brands.
This role is about strategy, analysis, and implementation via tools and processes — not coding. You’ll work closely with our developer (who handles schema, builds, and WordPress integration), and focus on maximising organic visibility, AI search inclusion, and link authority.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• AI-Optimised SEO
• Drive our AI-first SEO strategy for The Mortgage Broker, Bodhi, Private Clients, and Flycovr.
• Ensure content is optimised for Google AI Mode, Gemini, and AI summaries, not just traditional rankings.
• Identify and implement long-tail conversational keyword opportunities that match AI search behaviour.
• Monitor and adapt strategy to evolving AI search changes.
• SEO Tools & Reporting
• Own our SEO tools and extract actionable insights.
• Report on performance across brands with clear traffic, ranking, and AI visibility metrics.
• Translate insights into strategic actions for content, link-building, and authority growth.
• Content Strategy & Execution
• Brief and QA content aligned with EEAT (Expertise, Experience, Authority, Trustworthiness).
• Ensure blogs, guides, and landing pages follow our AI search content frameworks (Bridge/APP method, FAQ blocks, schema-backed).
• Collaborate with writers and brand leads to execute content calendars.
• Link Building & Authority Growth
• Lead white-hat link-building campaigns: digital PR, guest posts, partnerships.
• Identify opportunities for brand mentions in AI summaries and news sources.
• Build backlink authority for both consumer and B2B brands.
• Social SEO & Keyword Amplification
• Use LinkedIn, X, Instagram, and other platforms to amplify keywords, drive signals, and grow authority.
• Leverage social posts and thought-leadership to build brand search demand.
• Cross-Brand Expansion
• Manage SEO and digital authority growth across multiple brands simultaneously.
• Build separate but complementary footprints for Bodhi, Private Clients, Flycovr, and The Mortgage Broker.
