We’re now seeking a results-driven SEO & Digital Marketing Specialist to strengthen our online presence and fuel our growth.

JOB SUMMARY:

The SEO & Digital Marketing Specialist will be responsible for planning, implementing, and optimizing digital marketing strategies to promote our services, generate qualified leads, and enhance MyCare’s brand visibility. You will oversee our website SEO, online advertising, content marketing, and social media campaigns, ensuring alignment with business goals.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Proven 3–5 years of experience in SEO and digital marketing, preferably in healthcare or service industries
  • Expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, SEO tools (SEMRush, Ahrefs, Google Search Console)
  • Strong understanding of local SEO for Dubai/UAE
  • Experience managing WordPress or healthcare service websites
  • Excellent English communication and copywriting skills
  • Graphic design and video editing experience is a plus
  • Familiarity with DHA/healthcare regulations is an advantage
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple campaigns

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, IT, or related field
  • Google Ads and Analytics certifications
  • Background in healthcare marketing or service-based lead generation
    Job Type: Part-time
    Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED6,500.00 per month

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and website traffic
  • Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and SEO audits
  • Manage and optimize Google Ads and social media ad campaigns (Meta, Instagram, LinkedIn)
  • Oversee content creation for blogs, service pages, and landing pages with healthcare-compliant messaging
  • Track and report on campaign KPIs (CPC, CTR, ROAS, bounce rates, etc.) using Google Analytics and other tools
  • Handle social media planning and community engagement in coordination with the creative team
  • Collaborate with the operations and business development teams to align campaigns with active services and seasonal pushes
  • Recommend and implement website improvements (technical SEO, speed, user experience)
  • Ensure all content and campaigns adhere to DHA guidelines and UAE advertising standards
